Translation of 2600 website |
We are currently in the process of creating an Arabic mirror of the site. A translator
has been found. Help is always welcomed. We now have access to a
translation engine, meaning if you click the little Egyptian flag, the
whole site translates into Arabic automatically. |

| Arabic for "Hacker" |
Currently the term 'hacker' translates as 'El Qursan' meaning 'Pirate'. This is a complete
misrepresentation of the hacker community and is a total demonisation! We will try to coin a new, more appropriate
term.
In recent articles on hackers in news papers, they all spelt the word 'hacker' phonetically in Arabic.
