Christian Love for Valentine’s Day

As Valentine’s Day approaches, the day of celebration for lovers, chocolates, flowers and quotes sell the most. For a thought, for quotes, why not use Bible verses about love? Like “love is pure, love is kind….” Most people involved in special relationships generally think that their relationship should only be between them. No other parties must be involved. However, some do not realize, someone is between them – God is between them whether they like it or not. Both must acknowledge that and accept that. Why, who would hold the relationship when the two lose the will to fight and stand for it? So it’s actually a good option that on Valentine’s Day, lovers, instead of giving each other superficial quotes, take him/her to the Bible. In this way, you are not only showing your partner the love that you feel for him or her, you are as well acknowledging the presence of a Supreme Being in your relationship, especially the good things he’s done to both of you.
